About TacoHelp
TacoHelp is a support ticket and help desk platform built for dev teams and agencies who manage client work.
Why we built it
Most help desk tools are either too complex (built for enterprise call centers) or too simple (just a shared inbox). We wanted something in between — a clean, fast tool that dev teams actually enjoy using, with the features agencies need: multi-tenant isolation, API access, SLA tracking, and white-label options.
Part of the ecosystem
TacoHelp is part of the Richard Reynolds product ecosystem, alongside FridayNumbers (team accountability tracker), PDFTaco (PDF tools), and Keemodo (real estate platform). All products are built with the same modern stack and designed to work together.
Tech stack
Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, and deployed on Railway. File storage on Cloudflare R2, email via SendGrid, payments via Stripe.
