By accessing or using TacoHelp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TacoHelp is a multi-tenant support ticket and help desk platform. We provide tools for creating, managing, and resolving support tickets, along with related features such as knowledge bases, API access, and reporting.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each organization is responsible for managing its own members and their access levels.

4. Data & Privacy

Your data belongs to you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., email delivery, payment processing). See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier usage is subject to the limits described on our Pricing page.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to distribute malware, or to transmit unsolicited communications. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
