Information We Collect
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and organization details. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile information.
Ticket data: Support tickets, comments, and attachments you create are stored to provide the Service.
Usage data: We collect basic analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the Service.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To send transactional emails (ticket notifications, password resets)
- To process payments via Stripe
- To respond to support inquiries
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing
- SendGrid — for email delivery
- Cloudflare — for DNS, CDN, and file storage (R2)
- Railway — for hosting and database
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords (bcrypt), signed API keys (SHA-256), and httpOnly cookies. File uploads are stored on Cloudflare R2 with access controls.
Cookies
We use a single httpOnly cookie (th_token) for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
